“I’m Barack Obama and I approve this message,” said the smiling face of our nation’s president during just about every commercial on TV for the past few weeks. We’ve all been exposed to the attack ads, news stories, and received the persistent phone calls about the upcoming elections. Although most students cannot vote, they will get their chance this Tuesday. The debate club, Junior State of America, is sponsoring a student presidential election during homeroom.  As minors, our voices are stifled by laws when it comes to voting, so this mock election is a great way for us to be heard.
