First Club Day Finds Hundreds Flocking to Meetings
Just three weeks after a two-day club draft, student organizations gathered in various locations around campus throughout the shortened seven period day on Monday, September 16.
Mixed in among the long-standing favorites National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Marine Biology and Travel Deca were several newcomers.
In fact a total of nine new clubs were added to the rostes this year. Science Club, Starlets, Student 2 Student, Future Doctors of America, Performing Arts, Bowling Club, Karaoke International Strong Legs and Historical Society were either not active at the beginning of last year or not recognized as official clubs in respect to club days.
Club Days:
October 14, November 18, December 16, January 27, February 17, March 24, April 28.
