The courtyard received a new look today. Twenty flags of different countries were hung in the from the lamposts, a NHS senior gift.

Assistant Principal Niki Lockett came up with the idea along with Principal Johnny Bush. The inspiration behind the flags, according to Lockett, is to represent diversity of the school.

Lockett mentioned the IB program and military students from the MacDill Air Force Base as two examples of the diverse students at Robinson.

She plans to eventually have flags from 42 countries up.

The current country flags are: United States, Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Ethiopia, Greece, Haiti, Hungary, India, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Pakistan, Spain, Sri Lanka and Poland.
