Thursday, four boys from the swim team traveled to Orlando to compete in the States Swimming Competition. Connor Brown (’16), Ross Brown (’13), John Nolte (’13), and Alex Sparks (’13) won 3rd place in the 200 free relay with a time of 1.29.13. Also coming in third place in both of his individual races was Nolte, who competed in the 50 free and 100 free. Setting personal records for both races, Nolte was content with his third place finishes. The boys team also came in 7th place overall with a total of 84 points, coming in 5 places and 11.5 points ahead of Jesuit.
